Lattice Look Edge Gateway
On-premise agent for your site. Prints visitor badges, caches emergency roll call data, and syncs offline records with no firewall changes needed.
Up and running in 60 seconds
Register in the admin panel
Navigate to Sites & Kiosks, select your site, and click Install Gateway. Copy the Refresh Token, HMAC Secret, and Site ID.
Download and double-click
Download latticelook-gateway-v2.1.41.exe and run it. A setup wizard opens in your browser automatically.
Paste your credentials
Enter your Cloud URL, Refresh Token, HMAC Secret, and Site ID in the setup wizard. Click Connect Gateway.
Connected
A system tray icon appears. Green dot = connected. Right-click → Dashboard to manage printers and settings.
What it does
Badge Printing
Visitor signs in on the kiosk and the badge prints automatically on the Brother QL at reception. Zero taps.
Emergency Roll Call
Caches who's on-site locally. If the internet goes down during an emergency, the roster is still available.
Offline Sync
Buffers sign-in records during outages. Automatically replays them when connectivity returns.
Encrypted at Rest
Credentials stored via Windows DPAPI. Data-minimised: no phone numbers, no purpose of visit cached locally.
Zero Firewall Config
Outbound-only WebSocket on port 443. Works behind any NAT, any corporate firewall, any proxy.
Local Dashboard
Browser-based management at 127.0.0.1:9876. Add printers, edit settings, update credentials.
Requirements
- Windows 10 or later (x64)
- Internet access (outbound HTTPS, port 443)
- Brother QL label printer on the same network
- Lattice Look admin account (for gateway registration)
