How quickly can we go live?
We get you operational fast: we bulk-import your employee data via CSV and configure your training matrix from our library. Standard onboarding is free with a self-service subscription, and larger migrations, such as replacing a legacy LMS, are scoped separately in a statement of work. For councils, multi-site and larger organisations, implementation is scoped and priced in your proposal.
Does it require a tender process?
Pricing is designed to sit under director self-approval thresholds for most organisations. Annual contracts, per-employee pricing, and no setup fee for standard onboarding on a self-service subscription. Usually under $10K for a mid-sized organisation.
Where is our data stored?
Melbourne, Australia. Primary data centre with a geographically separated hot standby in Australia. No data leaves the country, ever.
Can we get a security pack?
Yes. We provide certificates of currency, our security documentation, and our data processing agreement. Contact us to request the full procurement pack.
Do you support SSO?
Yes. SAML 2.0, Azure Active Directory, and Okta are all supported. Contact us during onboarding to configure SSO for your organisation.
